While undertaking the communications audit, it became obvious that the individual Museum sites needed a design solution that would help distinguish what the sites contained and where they were located while maintaining the integrity of the overall identity of the National Museum of Ireland.

We considered many design situations and establishing some brand identity rules. Once the creative direction was agreed, we produced visual identity guidelines to show how the graphic elements could be used in order for other designers, museum managers and media suppliers to present the same shared graphic language.

  1. Museum Identity – Cut-out signage
  2. Guidelines – Cover
  3. Guidelines – Spread
  4. Guidelines – Detail
  5. Guidelines – online download site
  6. Identity – at work – Site Floorplans
